Japan strikes our imagination by economic miracle and ancient history. It is the country of the rising sun, mysterious land at the eastern edge of the world. Its territory is a small group of islands in the Pacific Ocean, but the influence of Japan in the political, economic and cultural terms extends over almost the entire world. Here everything is extraordinary: the climate, hot in the south, where palm trees grow, and very cold in the north, where four months of the year is snowing; the history which is more similar to the mysterious legend than to reality; a society that seems to an uninitiated European to be an anthill, but it is the society which allowed Japan to enter a dozen of world leading countries. The Emperor rules here. Probably, it is hard to find a man who would not dream of visiting Japan at least one in his life. Japan is one of the most mysterious countries for us. And it is magnetic. It is a rare combination of high technology and old traditions. Maybe, it's time to realize the dream to visit this country, the fairytale? The West began to get some information about the scattered island nation through China, after the famous Marco Polo journey. Japan had long dominated politics of isolation from the rest of the world. Maybe this is one of the underlying reasons that today nearly all the Japanese are inveterate tourists. They are beginning to go all over the world with moms and daddies since their childhood. Incidentally, the young Japanese couples are increasingly playing weddings abroad, somewhere in Hawaii or Australia. Foreigners in the country of the Rising Sun (myths say that the progenitress of Japan was the Sun) are not uncommon.
